Aurelia Noir Education provides online nail technology courses, memberships, and educational resources. Access to specific content is contingent on the completion of payment and continued compliance with these terms.
Individual Course Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only and does not constitute ownership of the materials.
Membership Subscriptions grant access to the content included in your chosen tier for the duration of your active subscription. Access ends upon cancellation or non-renewal.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Aurelia Noir Education to charge your selected payment method.
Individual Courses: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on individual course purchases for courses where less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Requests must be submitted to hello@aurelianoireducation.com within 7 days of purchase.
Memberships: Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
All content on this platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, PDFs, images, curriculum design, branding, and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aurelia Noir Education and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, screen-record, resell, share login credentials, or otherwise exploit any course content or platform materials without explicit written permission. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Not a Licensing Academy: Aurelia Noir Education is strictly an advanced technique and continuing education platform. We are not a cosmetology or nail technology licensing school, and we do not issue, confer, or fulfill any state, provincial, or national professional license. Enrollment in and completion of any course or program on this platform does not qualify you to practice professionally in any jurisdiction.
State Licensure Requirements: You are solely responsible for obtaining the proper professional license required by your state, province, or country before performing nail services on clients. Licensing laws vary by location — it is your obligation to know, understand, and comply with the regulations governing nail technology practice in your jurisdiction. Aurelia Noir Education assumes no responsibility for any unlicensed practice resulting from a misunderstanding of this policy.
Chemical & Tool Safety: Instruction involving chemicals (monomers, polymers, primers, etc.) and electric files carries inherent risk if misused. Aurelia Noir Education is not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from the application of techniques taught on this platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia Noir Education's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
Each account and login is strictly for the individual who purchased access. You may not share, sell, gift, or otherwise distribute your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to group purchases, screen-sharing sessions, and third-party resale.
Aurelia Noir Education actively monitors for suspicious account activity. Accounts found to be sharing credentials will be permanently terminated without refund, and repeat offenders may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement.
You retain ownership of any original work you share within the Aurelia Noir Education community (including forum posts, photos, and showcase submissions). However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant Aurelia Noir Education a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature, share, or reproduce that content for educational and promotional purposes (e.g., highlighting student work on social media or in marketing materials).

Aurelia Noir Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
